Your support will play a vital role in helping children reach their full potential in a safe and positive environment. Primary Learning Support Assistant Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities Provide individual and small group support to pupils where needed Encourage pupil participation and engagement during learning tasks Help maintain a structured and inclusive learning environment Prepare teaching materials and resources as required Report on student progress to the class teacher Primary LSA Requirements: Previous experience working in a primary school setting as a Learning Support Assistant – Primary is advantageous CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred A warm and patient approach to working with children Ability to communicate effectively with pupils and staff Willingness to support children across different year groups A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply Why Join GSL Education?
