Responsibilities
* Meet and greet patients as a member of the Reception Team.
* Book patients onto the Blithe/Lilie system in preparation for their appointment.
* Schedule appointments via telephone line and maintain effective office workflow.
* Check clinic registration forms to ensure completion and accuracy of data including date of birth, address, GP and telephone numbers.
* Assist in the management of negative test results.
* Assist in the day‑to‑day running of the reception to maintain an efficient system.
