The Role
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take ownership of developing innovative recruitment marketing strategies that attract and nurture high-quality talent across the business.
You will play a key role in positioning the company as an employer of choice, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and partnering closely with hiring managers to support future workforce growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent
* Promote the business through engaging employer branding across multiple channels
* Create and manage targeted campaigns to engage both passive and active candidates
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to improve hiring efficiency
* Engage directly with candidates, building lasting professional relationships
* Deliver a positive and professional candidate journey from initial contact through to onboarding
* Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning and hiring needs
* Track and analyse recruitment performance and candidate engagement metrics
* Continuously test and refine recruitment approaches based on data and insight
* Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recruitment processes
About You
* Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience is essential
* A consultative, people-centric approach to recruitment
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
* Creative, enthusiastic, and solutions-focused with a growth mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to deliver quality work within deadlines
Hours & Benefits
* Up to 30 hours per week
* Hybrid working – 2–3 days per week in the office
