My Client based BT13 area of Belfast requires a Part-time Medical Receptionist with some admin duties. This is a temporary post with the view to becoming permanent.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
* General reception duties - greeting patients in person and on telephone, making, cancelling appointments, providing information regarding practice services
* Maintaining and updating files both computerised and manual.
* Typing letters, memos referrals, and confidential reports.
* Sorting and distribution of post
* Collect and collate data as and when required.
* Liaise with other disciplines, outsides agencies and departments, in a helpful and professional manner.
Essential Criteria
* 4 GCSE's including English & Maths (Grade A-C)
* Previous experience in a similar role (to include telephone & face to face contact)
* Fully computer literate
* Evidence of working in a team & on own initiative
* Excellent communication & organisational skills
* Flexibility to cover sickness & holidays
Desirable Criteria
* Previous NHS Experience
Hours 19.5 per week, Mon 8.30am - 5pm, Wed 8.30am - 1pm & Fri 8.30am - 5pm
