We support 15 males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability. The service is located in a semi-rural location, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Job Advert Location Description You and your team will support the people in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of community, staff involvement activities and other initiatives. The role of a CQC Registered Manager at Priory is varied, and will ensure you are responsible for all areas of the home including budgets, quality, compliance and ensuring that the people we support have the best care & support possible. Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service.
