LSL Property Services is one of the largest providers of services to franchised estate agencies and mortgage intermediaries, and we deliver valuation services to many of the UK’s largest mortgage lenders.
We are looking to appoint an EMarketing Executive on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an office-based role, working from our York offices.
The role of the EMarketing Executive is to support the EMarketing Manager in developing and executing compelling email marketing campaigns that align with the Your Move and Reeds Rains brand strategies. You’ll play a key role in enhancing customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through targeted and effective email communications.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing and Website Teams to deliver campaigns that are timely, relevant, and measurable, while ensuring compliance with financial services and data protection policies.
To be successful in this role, you’ll be a passionate digital marketer with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, database management, and customer journey mapping. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with multiple franchise partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
Working as an EMarketing Executive we can offer you:
1. £23,000 per annum
2. 25 Days holiday, plus Bank Holidays
3. Office-based role in York
4. 35-hour contract, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Working as an EMarketing Executive, you will be responsible for:
8. Developing email campaigns aligned with brand strategy and marketing plans
9. Mapping customer journeys and identifying key contact points for email engagement
10. Creating tailored campaigns for Your Move and Reeds Rains brands
11. Proofreading and writing email content with clarity and accuracy
12. Collaborating with the website team to create trackable forms and measure ROI
13. Evaluating campaign performance and suggesting improvements
14. Managing the customer database and executing campaigns
15. Ensuring all communications are compliant with financial services and data protection policies
16. Supporting the management of customer enquiry mailboxes
To be successful as an EMarketing Executive, we are looking for the following competencies:
Technical Skills:
17. Excellent writing and copywriting skills
18. Design skills
19. Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
20. Strong PC and ICT skills
21. Understanding of HTML and analytical tools
22. Numerate, with a grasp of statistical analysis

24. Highly organised with attention to detail
25. Proactive and driven to achieve results
26. Positive approach to continuous improvement
Knowledge & Expertise:
27. Experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs)
28. Understanding of email marketing best practices
29. Experience in digital marketing, ideally in a consumer-focused business
30. Knowledge of direct marketing principles, especially online
31. Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple franchise branches
