Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Branch Administrator to join our established team in Dartford, Kent. In this varied role, you’ll provide vital support to the Branch Manager and play a key part in keeping branch operations running smoothly.
What you’ll do
* Act as PA to the Branch and Sales Manager
* Handle incoming calls and manage the branch switchboard
* Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries
* Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and delivery tickets
* Support the sales team at events and trade shows
* Carry out daily cashiering duties and liaise with Head Office
* Keep records and the sales database accurate and up to date
* Conduct monthly stock checks and general admin tasks
* Ensure timely communication across the team

* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
* High attention to detail with both written and numerical data
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Confident, approachable, and a strong team player
* Able to use initiative in a fast-paced environment
* Professional, discreet, and well-presented
