DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Work directly with families in their homes and communities
* Provide practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs
* Help parents develop skills and confidence
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people
* Work in partnership with schools, social workers and other professionals
* Keep clear, accurate records and contribute to support plans
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
* Experience working with children, young people or families
* Strong communication and listening skills
* A calm, empathetic and non-judgemental approach
* Ability to manage challenging situations professionally
* Good organisational and time management skills
* A relevant qualification or willingness to work towards one
* Enhanced DBS check
