Audit and Accounts Manager - About The Role
1. Take control of a diverse portfolio of clients
2. Lead Audit engagements and, if applicable, improve upon or implement your own testing methods
3. Train junior members of the team
4. Review accounts prepared by junior members of the team
5. Prepare more complex sets of accounts
6. Work closely with the Managing Director to grow the firm, planning and strategizing
7. Take a prominent role in bringing new clients into the firm
The successful Audit and Accounts Manager will have/be:
1. A minimum of 4 years UK experience in Audit and Accounts is essential
2. Qualified with ACA or ACCA (although PQ candidates may be considered)
3. Drive and ambition to grow your career and ambitions to make Partner
4. Strong communication skills and a high level of confidence
