What we need from you:
* Experience – Previous experience in Optics at a Store Manager level an advantage or Senior management experience in a retail environment.
* Passion – A genuine passion for creating amazing customer experiences, helping solve their eyecare and eyewear needs and deliver outstanding outcomes for both them and your store.
* Energy – A love of being in a fast paced, growing business and able to adapt to change, lead by example with positivity and a can‑do attitude.
* Leadership – Commitment to inspiring, motivating, training and developing your team to be the best they can be.
* Effectiveness – Ability to effectively manage your time and all operational requirements of your store without ever compromising the customer experience.
* Team – Passion for building a strong partnership with your store Optometrist, allowing you to approach your store as a leadership team and to jointly identify opportunities for growing your store via both the clinic and retail spaces.
