Proactive Personnel Limited are looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our established team based in our Telford office. We are a privately owned company established in 1999 that employ over 100 staff and deliver exceptional recruitment service to our clients.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will:
1. Generate business through outbound sales
2. Receive FULL RECRUITMENT AND SALES TRAINING to enable you to contribute to the branch
3. Source and register candidates (face to face registrations)
4. Supply workers within the region
5. Liaise with temporary workers and clients.
6. Resource on a daily basis
7. Business development of current/prospect clients
8. Contract Management
9. Identify workers by using our internal CRM system coupled with access to top job boards and use local candidate attraction methods
10. Interviewing candidates and maintain recruitment compliance
11. Develop and foster long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
12. Hold client meetings face to face – full driving license ESSENTIAL.
