What You Will Do
* Deputise for the Team Manager when required, ensuring smooth service delivery and operational leadership.
* Provide supervision, mentoring, and performance management to team members to support professional development and high practice standards.
* Oversee work allocation and referral decisions, ensuring cases are managed efficiently and appropriately.
* Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality care and support services.
* Contribute to risk management processes across organisational, professional, and individual levels.
* Supervise safeguarding procedures and lead safeguarding investigations where necessary.
* Chair meetings, contribute to decision‑making forums, and manage complaints effectively.
* Oversee resource allocation and contribute to budget management within the service.
