About the role
Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Full-timeDoncaster£21,000- £25,000 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)September 2025 – July 2026
The School and Role
Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a full-timeHigher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to start a long-term requirement working at a Primary School in Doncaster. You will be responsible covering PPA time across school (EYFS, KS1, KS2) and help support children on a 1:1 basis with SEND.
The school is part of a large multi-academy trust and provides education for children aged 3-11 years old. The school is a two-form entry school and currently has 460 pupils on role. The school was recently inspected by Ofsted and were ‘’Outstanding’’ in all areas.
Requirements
The desired Higher-Level Teaching Assistant will have;
Have an excellent understanding of how children learn
Motivate and inspire children
Have a positive working attitude and committed to continually improve teaching practice
Be organised, punctual and adaptable
Be committed to inclusion and equity
