This role requires a physical presence in the customer service contact centre operation at least 3 days per week, and we're looking for a senior leader with a number of key skills: 1. Change & Transformation: Continuously looking at ways to improve, re-engineering processes where needed, improving operational efficiencies, focusing on quality. 3.
