About the role:
Here at Teaching Personnel, we are seeking a motivated and professional Qualified PE Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools in Wolverhampton.This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated teacher who has a passion for Physical Education and is committed to inspiring students to develop their skills, confidence, and love for sport.
Role Responsibilites:
Deliver engaging and energetic PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Encourage participation and enjoyment in a wide range of physical activities and sports
Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with school policies
Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management to maintain a positive learning environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student progress and wellbeing
Role Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for PE and sport
Good classroom management skills
A real passion for teaching and motivating young people
A motivated, professional and proactive attitude
Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
A DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
