Job Type: Permanent full time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £58,700 – £73,300 depending on experience
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead a key domain within the Blua digital health portfolio and deliver transformative healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities
* Define the Direction: develop a compelling vision, strategy and roadmap for your domain to deliver solutions addressing accessibility and delays in care.
* Lead with Impact: inspire and guide a cross‑functional agile team to create innovative digital products that improve healthcare outcomes and provide excellent user experiences.
* Own Your Domain: take full ownership of a key domain within the Blua digital health portfolio, operating with autonomy to shape the product’s future.
* Bridge Business and Clinical Expertise with Technology: collaborate with Bupa’s business and clinical teams to ensure products are rooted in business/commercial value and patient health outcomes.
* Deliver Customer‑Centric Solutions: champion the customer’s voice, identify pain points and create solutions that help users access faster and better care while staying well for longer.
* Communicate Effectively: convey the roadmap, progress and key metrics to key stakeholders.
* Collaborative Working: work closely with Product, Design, Engineering and Delivery teams to deliver first‑class solutions and manage dependencies across squads.
* Optimise with Data: leverage analytics, customer feedback and market trends to refine customer journeys and deliver measurable impact.
* Promote Inclusivity: build products that are accessible to everyone, ensuring no one is left behind in the digital health revolution.
Qualifications
* Experience leading product squads in digital health or related industries, with a track record from concept to delivery.
* Strong product strategy and accountability for measurable outcomes aligned with user needs and business goals.
* Collaborative mindset: ability to foster collaboration across disciplines.
* Agility and adaptability: comfortable working in a complex environment and navigating challenges with agility.
* Data‑driven decision making: proficiency in leveraging analytics and insights to prioritise effectively.
* User‑centric approach: deep understanding of customer needs and champion their voice within squads.
* Strong communication and influence: exceptional communication skills to articulate vision and inspire teams.
