This is a full-time, 5-day-a-week role where you will be responsible for ensuring that students complete the work set by absent teachers, while maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude towards students, and a natural ability to manage behaviour in a classroom setting. Key Responsibilities: Supervising students during lessons in the absence of their regular teachers. Ensuring students understand the work set by the absent teacher and remain on task. Maintaining a calm, disciplined, and focused classroom environment. Supporting students individually or in small groups as needed. Managing student behaviour in accordance with school policies and ensuring a positive atmosphere in the classroom.
