Hourly Rate: £13.00 - £13.75

Working Hours: Flexible - 16 to 24 hrs per week

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in finance or accounts who is looking to contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Log and manage supplier and invoice queries efficiently.
Perform supplier statement reconciliations.
Maintain planning and subcontractor tracking sheets.
Liaise with internal departments to resolve finance-related queries.
Manage the invoice email account.
Support the finance team with various accounting tasks and provide cover when needed.Skills & Experience (Desirable)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Sage.
Familiarity with Causeway (training provided).
Previous experience in an accounts or finance role.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Understanding of CIS and Domestic Reverse Charge VAT.Personal Attributes
