Our Opportunity
As a member of our team, you will provide a warm welcome and farewell to our guests, and assist with their needs during their stay. Previous experience in a hotel reception, especially in a luxury four or five-star setting, is advantageous. Familiarity with hotel PMS systems will give you an edge. You should be a natural problem solver, able to work under pressure, with excellent communication skills, professional and warm personality, and impeccable personal presentation to deliver exceptional service.
