Midday Supervisor (SEN School) in Bournemouth
Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Do you enjoy creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment during the school day? We’re looking for a dedicated Midday Supervisor to join our welcoming SEN school in Bournemouth!
Position: Midday Supervisor
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Hours: Term-time, 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Contract: Part-time
About Us:
The school caters for primary students in Year 1 - 6 with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
Your Role:
1. Supervising children during lunchtimes and play activities
2. Ensuring a safe and positive environment for all students
3. Supporting children with additional needs as required
4. Promoting social interaction and good behaviour
5. Working closely with teaching staff and support teams
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
6. Has experience working with children, preferably in SEN settings
7. Is patient, compassionate, and proactive
8. Can work effectively as part of a team
9. Has good communication skills
10. Is committed to promoting a safe and inclusive environment
