We are working with a growing MedTech company based in Cambridge, they are seeking a Head of Engineering to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The role requires one day per week in the office. Key responsibilities will include: * Lead and develop a team of Engineers. * Oversee UK and international manufacturing sites. * Drive development of embedded software, electronics, and PCB design to the highest quality and performance standards. * Provide strategic and technical leadership for product development and optimisation. * Collaborate with product management, clinical research, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing teams to deliver engineering projects successfully. The Successful candidate will have: * Electrical/Electronics Engineering Degree (BSc/BEng/HND) or relevant experience. * 8–10 years’ experience in engineering and manufacturing, preferably in MedTech or related industries. * Proven leadership experience managing electronic and software engineering teams. * Full product lifecycle experience from concept to commercialisation. * Hardware and software integration expertise. * Excellent communicational skills.
