Job Purpose
The Media Team is pivotal in driving success for our award‑winning campaigns. We are seeking a new SEA Specialist to manage paid search and shopping campaigns for an exciting client, ensuring optimal performance across multiple markets.
What You'll Do
* Manage multi‑market paid search and shopping campaigns for clients.
* Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for optimisation.
* Leverage automation and AI to improve campaign performance.
* Create and optimise campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
* Monitor performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
* Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client goals.
* Stay informed about search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Conduct technical, content, and authority analysis.
* Set up implementation plans and workflows.
* Respond to client briefs.
* Report on activity on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
What You Bring
* Minimum 1 year of experience managing and optimising paid search & shopping campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads.
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for optimisation.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
* Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel/Sheets; familiarity with Word/Docs and PowerPoint/Slides.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
* Ability to react quickly within a fast‑paced environment.
* Directly available to start in Manchester, Budapest, Skopje, Zagreb, or Split.
* Full working proficiency in English.
