Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of mechanical repairs, servicing, diagnostics, and MOT preparations ( MOT tester status is a bonus ).
Provide expert advice on repair options while ensuring outstanding customer service.
Assist in developing and refining workshop processes and operational standards.
Work proactively to grow the business, delivering high-quality workmanship and fostering relationships within the local community.
Operate diagnostic equipment, tools, and garage software effectively.
