Salary: £26.85 – £33.86 per hour (£31,904 – £40,233 FTE)
About the role
Due to continued growth in student numbers and interest, we are widening our curriculum offer and growing our team. This is a rare opportunity to join our Creative Arts team to deliver Photography and/or Art and Design at level 2 and level 3 at our Kings Lynn campus. We have a Photography studio, darkroom and dedicated learning spaces, and we showcase student success each year with an end‑of‑year exhibition.
Responsibilities
* Deliver teaching at levels 2 and 3 in Photography, Art and Design.
* Use studio, darkroom and dedicated learning spaces to support student learning and creativity.
* Assist in developing and delivering curriculum and assessment at the relevant level.
* Participate in student exhibitions and showcase student work throughout the year.
* Support students with progress and attainment, encouraging their creativity and academic growth.
Qualifications and Experience
* Level 5 teaching qualification or equivalent, or relevant experience in art, design or photography.
* Experience in teaching in Further Education preferred.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including sessions, ad‑hoc and casual schedules.
* Experience with student‑centred learning and assessment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
