We're looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our client based in Shepperton. This is a field-based role, focused on developing existing clients together with generating new business in London & the South East.
You'll be responsible for:
* Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
* Increase sales
* Developing positive relationships with clients
* Acting as the main point of contact and handling customers’ individual needs
* Generating new business using existing and potential customer networks
* Resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner
* Monitoring sales metrics i.e., monthly/quarterly sales results against targets
* Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth
* Maintaining a high standard of client interaction to ensure consistent client satisfaction
* Increasing company market exposure and promoting the business by various means
Requirements
* Proven experience in a sales position
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Problem-solving attitude
* Knowledge of MS Office and Field Service Management Software
