About the role: Join Our Dynamic People Team at IPL Normanton. We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Assistant - HR Shared Services to become a vital part of our People Team at our Fresh Produce packing facility in Normanton. * Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
* Location: IPL Normanton - Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office, 2 days per week from home)
* Contract Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
* Provide relevant administration support for HR processes and educate key stakeholders on the correct and compliant process to follow
* Responsible for the accurate input and maintenance of data into all HR systems
* Utilise the HR Team ticket system ensuring that all queries and work requests are logged and dealt with in line with business routines and SLA’s
* Maintain up to date working knowledge of IPL, Forza and Kober policies and procedures/processes to be able to deal with first line queries
* Escalate complex or business sensitive queries to the Manager – HR Shared Service in a timely manner with relevant context so that stakeholder relationships and expectations can be managed
* Identify and implement efficiencies and improvements to administration processes moving to automation where possible
What are we looking for?
* With excellent administrative skills you should have experience of working within a fast-paced high volume environment to targets or Service Level Agreements
* With outstanding attention to detail you should have the ability to work with the highest level of accuracy and be extremely organised
* Ability to prioritise tasks and deal with confidential and sensitive information appropriately
* Possess excellent IT skills, including Excel
* High level of communication skills both verbally and in writing
* Previous experience of working within a Shared Service Function and/or experience of working within a HR team is desirable
