Maintenance Team Lead Birmingham, West Midlands £55,000 + £5,000 shift allowance TXM is recruiting for a leading automation and intralogistics company, seeking to hire skilled Maintenance Team Leads for their brand-new distribution facility in Birmingham. In this position you will manage a team of maintenance engineers, ensuring all maintenance activities both preventative and reactive are completed in line with on-site SLA’s alongside supporting with maintenance activities when required. The Ideal candidate will have experience within a high-speed manufacturing/distribution environment with automated machinery and have previously had experience overseeing teams of maintenance engineers. Shift: Panama shift (2, 2, 3) 6am – 6pm/6pm – 6am Responsibilities: Together with your team, effectively and efficiently carrying out inspections, repairs and maintenance (corrective, preventive and predictive) on all equipment.
