* Registered Veterinary Surgeon with a few years’ post-qualification experience
* Comfortable managing cases in sole charge, yet collaborative as needed
* Excellent spoken and written English, with strong communication skills
* Professional, trustworthy, and able to build client and team rapport
* Keen to grow clinical and surgical abilities in a supportive environment
* RCVS registration and full UK work eligibility
