About MiChild at Little Thornton Nursery
MiChild at Little Thornton in Lancashire cares for children aged from three months to five years old. Trained, passionate staff give children the chance to thrive and develop at their own pace. Nutritious meals are provided to nurture healthy bodies and minds.

* Ensuring the Welfare and Learning development requirements of all children are met at all times.
* To confidently and respectfully work in partnership with parents and carers.
* Undertake a shared responsibility for the health and safety of the nursery.
* Ensure all children are clean, loved and happy at all times.
* Adhere to all Policies and Procedures set out by the company.
* Be fully aware of all emergency and security procedures relating to the nursery.
* Take pride in the delivery of exciting and age appropriate activities.
* To ensure mealtimes is a time of pleasant social sharing.
* To fully comply with our Confidentiality policy.
* To fully understand and promote the company's Ethos and Core Values.
* To be a key player to ensure the nursery receives excellent outcomes in internal audits and those of external authorities such as Ofsted.
* To use initiative at all times.
