We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Creative Activities Team Member to lead a variety of hands-on workshops, from crafting and painting to DIY souvenirs. Key Responsibilities - Host and facilitate arts and crafts sessions, guiding guests of all ages through creative projects. - Set up, organise, and maintain materials for all activities, ensuring a clean and inviting space. - Provide step-by-step guidance and encouragement, helping guests feel confident and enjoy their creations. - Engage guests with friendly and enthusiastic interactions, creating a warm and fun atmosphere. - Maintain high standards of safety, ensuring guests, particularly children, enjoy activities safely and responsibly. - Support other activities and events as required, helping guests make the most of their holiday. Requirements - Experience in arts, crafts, or a similar creative field is beneficial but not essential—training will be provided. - A positive, friendly attitude with strong communication skills. - Enthusiasm for working with people of all ages and creating memorable experiences. - Ability to work well in a team, with a flexible approach to tasks. - Strong organisational skills, with an eye for detail. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays. This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
