Interim Senior HR Advisor6 month FTC+, Immediate start50-60k pro rataLondon Hybrid, 3 days per week in the officeAn exciting JV has a newly created role for an Interim Senior HR Advisor due to increased volume of work.Reporting into and supporting the HR Business Partners on a daily basis, you will be responsible for providing a generalist remit including managing HR administration, managingplex ER casework, advising on policies and procedures, leading annual processes such as performance and reward, support the HR Ops team as required and manage other HR projects that arise.CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their generalist HR experience in a global,mercial and fast paced firm, experience of working in a JV or agile environment where not all the basics are in place would be an advantage.
You will be able to demonstrate how you have managedplex ER casework, led project work and support the annual cyclical processes.
You will be a good problem solver with excellentmunication skills.
You will be able to start a new role on short notice and be able to work in a hybrid manner for 3 days per week from the London office.
