What You'll Do
* Greet and assist customers with repair enquiries, product recommendations, and service options
* Deliver tailored, expert advice to create an outstanding in-store experience
* Drive in-store sales through upselling, promotions, and product knowledge
* Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked store environment
* Support stock management, product display, and daily operations
* Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales and service targets
* Follow store procedures and ensure consistently high service standards
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in retail or sales (tech/mobile industry preferred)
* A confident, engaging personality with excellent customer service skills
* Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
* Organised, reliable, and motivated by team success
* Passion for technology and mobile devices is a plus
