Salary: £43,500 - 66,500 per year Requirements:

* We need strong hands-on experience with laptop builds and deployments.
* We require familiarity with Windows environments and common enterprise applications.
* We need experience using endpoint management or software deployment tools such as SCCM or similar.
* We value understanding of device provisioning tools such as Autopilot, which is desirable.
* We need excellent communication and customer service skills.
* We need the ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities:
* We provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users across hardware and software issues.
* We build and configure laptops from standard images through to full deployment.
* We support device rollouts, migrations, and user onboarding.
* We deploy and manage applications using endpoint management tools.
* We troubleshoot issues efficiently while maintaining strong customer service standards.
* We follow defined processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* We manage and complete assigned tasks independently to agreed timelines.

We are offering an office-based IT Service Desk Analyst role on an initial 6-month contract within a busy and fast-paced technical environment.
