Your new role
You will work as a Senior Project Manager and work on a diverse mix of projects across commercial, residential, education and defence schemes, taking the lead on delivery while building strong, long‑term client relationships. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to shape the success of major projects.
* Leading end‑to‑end project delivery across multiple sectors
* Managing programmes, budgets, risk and stakeholder communication
* Overseeing design teams and contractors to ensure smooth delivery
* Preparing and presenting project reports to clients
* Supporting business development and contributing to bids
* Mentoring junior team members and helping drive team growth
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in a consultancy environment
* Strong project delivery background across construction or property
* Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects with confidence and autonomy
* Professional qualification (RICS, APM, CIOB) preferred but not essential
* A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
