Responsible for managing the service’s controlled Non-Medical Referrer (NMR) process, including the development and administration of NMR protocols.
Coordinates Radiology Quality and Patient Safety documentation, ensuring timely responses to incidents and complaints.
* Provides administrative support for Business and Governance meetings.
* Monitors care quality trends and reports findings to relevant forums.
* Utilises Microsoft Office tools and organisational skills to generate reports and track actions from learning outcomes, supporting specialty leads in quality improvement.
