In this role, you’ll take charge of all direct tax matters for CDW’s UK and international operations, focusing on the UK, EMEA, and APAC. Based in our London office by St Paul's 3 days per week minimum.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the entire direct tax compliance process—returns, payments, deadlines—across multiple countries, working with external advisors when needed.
* Helping roll out new compliance processes for OECD Pillar 2 regulations.
* Being the main point of contact for HMRC and overseas tax authorities.
* Preparing monthly and year-end tax reports for the US HQ and handling quarterly tax cash forecasts.
* Overseeing global transfer pricing compliance and making sure policies are followed consistently.
* Leading efforts to improve tax systems and processes, including automation and the move to a new ERP platform.
* Managing the annual PSA return and supporting tax governance compliance (like SAO and CCO).
* Keeping up with tax law changes that affect the business.
* Supporting market expansion and advising commercial teams on tax-efficient deals and growth plans.
* Helping the Head of Tax with any other group tax projects that come up.
What we’re looking for:
* ACA and/or CTA qualified with 5-10 years’ post-qualification experience in UK and international tax, including transfer pricing.
* Experience improving processes and working in fast-paced multinational companies.
* Strong Excel skills and a knack for working with complex data.
* Someone who’s organized, resilient, and comfortable juggling deadlines.
* Confident in influencing and collaborating across teams, not just within tax and finance.
* Clear communicator with a curious mindset who’s always looking to spot and fix issues.
