We're looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our office-based Facilities team.
* Contract type: Part time (3 days a week)
* Location: Poole
* Holiday: 30 days paid (inc. bank holidays) pro rata for part timers
What you will be doing
* Support the Facilities Manager undertaking general maintenance related tasks within our office and warehouse locations.
* Painting and decorating
* Basic DIY
* Site specific improvements
* Some garden related tasks
* Liaise with contractors onsite when applicable
* Supporting project work as provided by the facilities manager
* Action works generated via our online maintenance register
* Admin support where applicable, for filing records, invoices etc.
* Adopt a 'right first time' approach to all actions and interactions

Who you are
Able to work independently/unsupervised.
Working knowledge of tools and equipment and a general knowledge of associated trade (i.e. experience basic electrics/carpentry/building etc.)
Have basic H&S training in-line with trade related work
Must have clean driver licence, as travel between sites will be required
