Active Staff are expanding and need an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join the team Are you an experienced recruiter with sales in your DNA? Business Development will be a priority to onboard lapsed and new clients and generate business from temporary and permanent placements. You will also be accountable for overseeing well-established accounts, ensuring that all open vacancies across the Southern region are fulfilled. So, is this you? You should also be conscientious, not afraid of hard work and work as part of a team. However, to be successful in the recruitment industry you will need resilience and more importantly, a sense of humour. So, we are looking for someone who is … * From a recruitment, sales and target driven background with a history of consistent billing * Driven with the passion to be successful * Able to demonstrate their ability to manage and overcome challenges that the industry faces from time to time * Professional in their business expertise * Talented in managing client relationships and has first class communication skills * Proficient in working with CRM systems * Organised but also flexible when demands require it * Able to follow processes and work to deadlines * PC literate with an excellent knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Office To be considered for the role, it is vital that you have a clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
