Finatal is working with an operating partner of a large-cap private equity fund that requires M&A support based in Telford. We are seeking a hands-on M&A consultant to support a portfolio CFO with a global industrial business planning to exit within the next 12 months. Responsibilities include supporting FDD, managing the data room, liaising with advisors, and executing projects related to the exit. The role involves collaboration with the operating partner and CFO, extracting data to produce financial models, and assisting advisors with financial queries. Some travel to European locations may be required.
