Maintenance Electrician - Reference - Chester @ TXM
TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to work for one of the UKs largest and leading FM companies supporting them on a furniture contract.
* Schedule - 5 in 7 (rotating 5 on 2 off)
* Working hours – 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
* On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. – This is for emergencies only.
* Salary - £37,730 /Yr.
* Location – North, East or South London
* Extra – Overtime available after 40 hours hit. (1.5x)
You’ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated sites
The work will be PPM and Building Services focused. The tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general plumbing and fabric work without the facility including minor repairs.

Requirements:
* 18th edition
* Plumbing knowledge
* Full UK driving license
