Support end-to-end instructional design projects, ensuring documentation and quality standards are maintained throughout. Translate instructional plans and storyboards into visually engaging, learner-centred content. Assist with the development of learning materials using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, Canva, and Clipchamp. Create graphics, icons, animations, quizzes, and other visual elements to support learning outcomes. Ensure all learning content aligns with WCAG AA accessibility standards, responsive design, and brand guidelines. Package content in SCORM/xAPI formats and upload to LMS platforms. Conduct thorough testing of courses to ensure functionality across different devices and browsers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and respond to feedback to make iterative improvements. Support the maintenance of the digital learning library and ongoing quality assurance. Contribute to non-clinical training KPIs, learning campaigns, and internal reporting as needed. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and support video production or voiceover recording when applicable. Maintain a commitment to continuous professional development and service improvement. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is both technically skilled and creatively driven, with a strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in learning design and development. Essential Skills & Experience Qualification (or equivalent experience) in Learning & Development, Digital Media, Instructional Design, or related field. Experience using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise. Strong visual design skills and basic knowledge of graphic design principles. Understanding of WCAG AA accessibility standards and ability to create inclusive content. Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or LMS platforms such as Totara. Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable receiving and acting on feedback to improve content. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Trello). Desirable Attributes Experience with animation/video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Vyond, Clipchamp, After Effects). Awareness of adult learning theory and instructional design models. Exposure to HTML5/CSS (not essential, but beneficial). Teaching, training, or project management qualifications.
