Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Finedon for a Toolmaker. The Toolmaker will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of manufacturing and refurbishing precision injection mould tooling. This includes creating moulds, performing tool repairs, making design changes, and optimizing existing mould tools. The role also involves working with CAD models and ensuring the quality of manufactured components.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in precision tool making and injection moulding
* Experience with CAD CAM
* Skills in tooling refurbishments and repairs
* Knowledge of design optimization for existing mould tools
* EDM, Sparking/wiring and VMC CNC machining
* Relevant technical certifications or degrees and or 10 years experience
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
