The role
Join our high-performing team! This role is ideal for a business development associate/executive seeking to advance to an assistant manager or senior executive position.
As a Senior Associate in our International Business Support Function (IBSF) team, you will:
* Support international growth and help our member firms succeed globally
* Create impactful, pursuit-ready content that drives success
* Manage the entire pursuit process from pre-pitch to client engagement tools
* Share best practices and innovative guidance
* Collaborate with stakeholders across different countries, regions, and industries
* Manage multiple projects efficiently and measure results
* Promote IBSF's mission to improve client experiences and support global engagement leaders
* Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives
Skills required
* Degree or professional qualification in marketing (e.g., CIM) or equivalent experience
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent relationship-building skills for engaging with global leaders
* Strong writing and editing skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage own projects
Experience
* Experience in professional, financial, or B2B services
* Experience working with senior stakeholders
* Open-minded and inclusive attitude towards different cultures and disciplines
* Experience creating client-facing content (pursuits, bids, websites, capability statements, sales decks)
* Ability to communicate client benefits effectively
* Proven quality control in content delivery
* Curiosity about business topics and research
* Agile, positive, and globally minded
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Outlook
* Experience with Adobe InDesign
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
