A pensions provider provider is seeking an Events Manager to help with the implementation of a full suite of events. These include new business events, internal lunches and dinners, deal celebration & wider internal events.
Responsibilities:
* End-to-end event management of client conferences, roundtables, trustee conferences, celebration dinners, speaker opportunities, and award dinners for the Business Development team.
* End-to-end event management of events including dinners, roundtables, drinks receptions, speaker opportunities.
* Manage inhouse events where required.
* Undertake event and marketing management duties, including producing event marketing materials, liaising with stakeholders, coordinating event logistics, and managing budgets.
* Manage pre-event planning, onsite event management, coordinate suppliers, handle client queries, and oversee post-event evaluations.
* Support the Head of Events on high-profile events, ensuring seamless execution.
Requirements:
* Experience in Event Management (Exhibitions, seminars, conferences, private dinners drinks receptions)
* B2B financial services / insurance / professional services experience essential / B2B Corporate
* Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
* Budget Management experience
* Commercial Awareness
* Results Driven
* UK experience essential
