Role and Responsibilities
Join a dynamic, close-knit team in the luxury golf tourism industry at Bonnie Wee Golf. As a Golf Tour Assistant, you’ll collaborate with a passionate team who are dedicated to curating bespoke golf tours across the UK & Ireland. This role will be primarily office based but you may be required to spend a few days on the road in the UK during tour season. Prior experience in the golf industry is not required. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Golf Tour Specialists with daily tasks, including building draft itineraries and coordinating with key suppliers.
* Coordinate and build strong relationships with various suppliers, including hotels, golf courses, and service providers (buggies, club hire, etc.).
* Maintain in-depth product knowledge through continuous training and research.
* Work towards achieving team targets and KPIs.
* Verify and cross-check bookings against supplier confirmations.
* Conduct pre-arrival checks with suppliers and ensure all necessary forms are completed.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of the geography of the UK & Ireland.
* Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly.
* Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Highly organised, with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
* Customer service experience, ideally in hospitality, travel, or golf industries.
* Self-starter capable of working both independently and within a small team.
