Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) Up to 28000
Children at this nursery spend their days exploring bright engaging playrooms and a large outdoor space designed for active learning. As a Nursery Room Leader youll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of your room leading practice guiding colleagues and ensuring consistent EYFS delivery. The setting is purpose-built well established and rated Good by Ofsted.
Before You Apply
* This role requires recent experience as a Room Leader or a senior Nursery Practitioner with room-level responsibility.
* Applicants must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
* This position is not suitable for candidates without experience leading practice within a nursery room.

* Salary: Up to 28000 per annum

What Youll Do
* Lead the day-to-day running of your designated room
* Plan deliver and review EYFS activities in line with childrens interests
* Support and guide practitioners working within your room
* Monitor observations assessments and record keeping
* Maintain safeguarding health and safety standards
* Build positive working relationships with parents and carers
* Work closely with senior staff to ensure consistency across the nursery
What Youll Need
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
* Recent experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner
* Strong working knowledge of the EYFS
* Confidence leading practice and supporting staff within a room
* Ability to maintain high standards across care learning and compliance
