We're currently seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in a range of SEN schoolsand alternative provisions across Northumberland. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience, support amazing young people, and work with a team that values your skills and time.
Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD, Challenging Behaviour)
Help implement learning plans under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO
Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication, and social interaction
Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school, youth work, care, or similar settings)
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
