We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a large‑scale UK defence training programme focused on improving how the British Army trains and prepares for the future.
Working in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment, you’ll help analyse business processes, gather requirements, and turn data into clear, actionable insight. You’ll support performance monitoring, build dashboards and reports (Power BI / Excel), and produce decision‑support material for senior leaders and governance forums.
This is a mission‑focused role with real national impact. You’ll collaborate across multiple organisations, influence change, and help drive continuous improvement across critical training systems and services.
We’re looking for people with:
* Proven Business Analyst experience
* Strong data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience working in complex or regulated environments (defence/government desirable, not essential)
* Eligibility for UK Security Clearance
