We’re looking for a commercially savvy professional to work directly with the Founder to expand NeosAlpha’s footprint in enterprise transformation — cloud, integration, and AI‑driven data services.
What You’ll Actually Do
* Partner directly with the Founder on market outreach, opportunity mapping, and pre‑proposal strategy.
* Run the first 3–4 stages of our client journey: market scan, prospecting, qualification, and proposal co‑creation.
* Research and identify target clients across the UK and Europe, aligned with our digital integration and AI transformation focus.
* Build first‑contact relationships through thoughtful outreach, events, and LinkedIn engagement.
* Manage proposal creation with delivery leads; ensure client narratives are sharp, relevant, and outcome‑focused.
* Keep CRM and deal flow transparent — measurable, not bureaucratic.
* Stay involved post‑proposal as the client relationship anchor, ensuring smooth handover and high win rates.
