Compliance and Quality Assurance Officer - Fire We have an opportunity for a Compliance and Quality Assurance Officer - Fire to join us at Honeywell, in Leicester, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and maintaining quality standards for our fire protection solutions. You will be responsible for monitoring and analysing market trends, managing and maintaining accreditations, and ensuring operational excellence. Your strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and commitment to quality will be essential in achieving business objectives. You will report directly to the Business Support Leader, where you will impact the effectiveness and reliability of our fire protection solutions, ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements and exceed customer expectations. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office 2 days work from home model, with up to 75% travel within the UK. Helping to Transform Buildings to be Safer and More Operationally and Energy Efficient. - Act as the Responsible Person for Fire at Honeywell UK, ensuring compliance with BAFE LPS1014 quality standards. - Maintain accreditation for BAFE LPS1014 and oversee a network of BAFE champions within the organization. - Manage external audit processes, including arranging audits, handling audit actions, and serving as the main contact for auditors. - Conduct internal fire audits to identify improvement areas and implement best practice processes, along with developing key performance indicators (KPIs). - Provide technical expertise, training recommendations, and ensure compliance of Honeywell fire paperwork with current standards. - Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills. - In-depth understanding of BS-5839 and quality standards in the fire protection industry. - Strong background in a similar role - or technical fire experience. - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, effective in fast-paced environments. - Member of The Institute of Fire Engineers (or willing to work towards) Our Offer - Work for a well-known brand with a continued focus on innovation and growth. - Join a dynamic team where most leaders are promoted from within - A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovation We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
